CAN I BE A MEMBER OF BEWSA?
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP?
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
Full membership is open to anyone who has served in the British Armed Forces, including Reserve Arms, and who now possess a physical disability other than blindness.
We are sorry we cannot include the blind as there are no categories in the games.
The onset of your disability need not have occurred whilst serving and although BEWSA was set up by a number of wheelchair users, some of our members are ambulant and some do have amputations. The main thing is that you can only participate in sport through the use of a wheelchair.
Ordinary membership is open to able bodied people who have also had service connection, and wish to further the cause of our full members.
Associate membership is open to civilians who wish to further the cause of our full members.
The annual BEWSA membership is £10 per year
Please contact our membership secretary for more information or fill out and print the membership form and return to;
